The Pass Area Business Hub (Biz Hub) is a new regional partnership committed to helping entrepreneurs, small businesses, and startups launch, grow, and thrive in the San Gorgonio Pass. Located in the heart of Beaumont, the Hub brings together a powerful network of City, County, State, education, and workforce partners - all under one roof - to make it easier than ever to access the tools, training, and support your business needs.

Regional Partners Working Together

The Biz Hub is led by the City of Beaumont Economic Development Department, in partnership with:

Mount San Jacinto College

Riverside County Office of Economic Development

The Office of Economic Development connects Pass Area businesses with Countywide programs and resources designed to support international trade, small business growth, manufacturing, veterans’ business assistance, and more. Visit the program website at RivCoEd.org.

Office of 5th District Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez

5th District Riverside County Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez’s office connects Pass Area businesses and residents with programs and services including Employer Connect, Hire a Senior, Hire a Veteran, Youth Community Corps, Youth Employment Program, and more. Riverside County Workforce Development

Workforce Development offers services for job seekers, employers, and youth. Services for employers include a no-cost Employer Hotline, wage subsidy programs, and recruitment. Services for job seekers include job search tools, career coaching, and resume assistance. Youth services include leadership development, occupational skills training, mentoring, and more. Coachella Valley and Inland Empire Small Business Development Centers

California Family Life Center (CFLC)
