Some ways we help include site selection, incentives, expedited permitting, connections with local leaders and business representatives, data and statistics, and more. Specialized incentives are also available for businesses wishing to establish in Downtown Beaumont, including incentives for façade improvements and new business attraction.

PASS AREA BIZ HUB

Slated to open in the summer of 2025, the Pass Area Biz Hub located in the City of Beaumont will provide resources for new and existing businesses. Made possible by support from Riverside County and the American Rescue Plan Act, the Pass Area Biz Hub expands access to entrepreneurial resources and support from numerous partners, all of which are invested in your success as you start a new business in Beaumont.

Riverside County Office of Economic Development partners with over 75 economic development partners to foster growth and build community assets. Programs include the Business Assistance Now Program, educational opportunities, international trade assistance, and more.

Mount San Jacinto College’s Community Education program provides not-for-credit, fee-based programs that cater to personal and professional development. Employers can take advantage of Contract Education to customize workforce programs that will fill talent pipelines and support succession plans.

The Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers confidential one-on-one expert business consulting; training programs; and assistance with finding a lender and accessing capital.

The EDD enhances California’s economic growth and prosperity by collaboratively delivering valuable and innovative services to meet the evolving needs of employers, workers, and job seekers.

California Family Life Center provides numerous workforce and training programs for youth who face certain barriers. Programs include educational and career services, construction and logistics training, and paid work experience programs.
