The City of Beaumont Economic Development Department invites downtown business and property owners to the Beaumont Business Forum: Downtown Coffee on Tuesday, September 29, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Pass Area Biz Hub.

Designed to build stronger relationships between Beaumont businesses and City Hall, the forum will provide an informal opportunity to hear what’s happening downtown, connect with local partners, ask questions, and share feedback directly with the City’s Economic Development team.

Attendees can expect:

  • A first look at what’s next for 105 6th Street, with the first public preview of a rendering showing the planned refresh of the historic Beaumont Cleaners building.

  • An Economic Development Strategic Plan update, including what the recently adopted plan means for downtown Beaumont and the City’s economic development efforts.

  • A downtown business roundtable, giving business and property owners an opportunity to talk about what they’re seeing, what they need, and the opportunities and challenges facing downtown.

  • Connections with local partners, including the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce.

Coffee and pastries will be served.

The Beaumont Business Forum is part of the City’s ongoing effort to strengthen communication and engagement with Beaumont’s business community. Rather than simply sharing updates, Economic Development is creating regular opportunities to listen, answer questions, build relationships, and better understand the experiences of businesses throughout the City.
