The RivCo Small Business THRIVE Program is an ARPA funded program in which grants ranging from $1,000-$5,000 are awarded to qualifying applicants. This program requires applicants to attend a THRIVE Training and receive one-on-one consulting prior to being awarded any funds.
The Thrive Program consists of a collaboration between Riverside County Office of Economic Development and the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center(OCIE SBDC) to offer technical and financial assistance to County Residents.
In order to qualify, a business must the following:
Complete a small business training program
Receive one-on-one consulting from the OCIE SBDC
Participate in a financial literacy webinar offered by AmPac Business Capital
